Your Dealer Experience (YDE) is a simple, accessible and transparent connection to enhance the post vehicle sales connection between the dealer and their customer. In one unified app experience, customers can see and engage their purchased service contracts, warranties and other ownership enhancing programs (that were purchased with their vehicle) and explore new ways to protect their journey. The dealer’s service advisors have the same unified solution to support their customers when claim service is needed, removing the current multiple administrator analog service maze that diminishes a world class service moment.
