Extremely slow and unreliable
Mykaarma is extremely slow and poorly designed for real world. Video uploads take an unreasonable amount of time and often disrupt workflow entirely. It is difficult to track basic information like who has pulled or is quoting parts which creates constant confusion and unnecessary delays .
communication with service advisors through the app is unreliable and inefficient messages are disorganized hard to follow and not suited for professional service environment overall this app feels unfinished and frustrating to use it slows down productivity instead of improving it and urgently needs major performance and usability improvements to be functional in a shop setting.

Great… just don’t turn off phone or temporarily close the app.
Everything about the app is intuitive which is nice… until you realize that you cannot put the app in background or turn off phone in between pauses of your video—massive battery hog and a potential for screen burn. Hope this gets addressed.
Fix small things
I use this everyday for work, I take all of the main shop videos for techs. One frustrating thing I noticed, I get endless loading screens constantly. After completing a video and trying to search another RO, I will have long loading times, sometimes won’t even load. I’m forced to close the app and to restart. Another nice feature to have, would be have the app upload in the background if the app isn’t open. I don’t have a company iPad/phone, I use my own device. I don’t use company WiFi, it’s awful. I use my own data for everything.
Besides the small annoying bugs. I like the app overall. I wish we could adjust the circled area, or maybe add arrows or text on the picture. I won’t take away my 1 star until the endless loading screens are fixed.

Great
Compared to what else is out there MyKaarma is the absolute top tier. Only request regarding the app at this time…fix the icon so that it matches the dark mode icon when it’s nestled in a folder on my Home Screen so that it stays dark when I pop the folder. That’s it Just one tiny fix Super annoying to look at every time I pop that folder.

Have fun doing videos twice
App crashes all the time, forcing you to restart your video from the start. Ridiculous that this app is still so bad. Makes me want to quit my job since we are forced to use this garbage.
Genuinely the worst app i’ve used for work
app constantly crashes in the middle of videos, making me restart, camera never focuses, constantly going in and out of focus (maybe an iphone issue) slowest interface on planet earth, and half the time my videos never get uploaded, out of all the apps i’ve used for dealer work and videos this is by far the worst and i cannot believe my company switched to this..

UPDATE EVERY DAY
Why is there an update every single day. Annoying using the app and I have to update it everyday before use. I’m flat rate, I don’t have time to be updating a useless app every moment of every day

This app is absolutely horrific as a technician. The amount of bugs and crashes that happen within one hour of using this app is insane. Can’t even auto rotate my phone without the entire app freezing and corrupting my videos

The app is ugly. User interface is terrible. No thought into usefulness for technicians. To many steps. It drains your phone battery. It’s slow and clunky. Just overall a terrible app. Wish the dealerships would actually put some thought into the service department before they switch to a much worse software

Clunky and constantly freezing
This app needs a lot of improvement. One of the worst issues is that if you pause a video and then minimize the app, you cannot continue the video. If I take a phone call while doing an inspection video, I have to start all over. The camera quality through the app is awful. There needs to be quality settings in the app so I can use my camera to its full potential. I often find myself using the iOS camera app then uploading to MK.

1 star is too many. Terrible app and for as many updates that they release you’d think it might actually improve the app but it doesn’t. There isn’t much of Kaarma that is halfway decent.

Tools like this are whats wrong with the service industry and why all the good techs are leaving. Forced video inspections and an ai grading system for “standards” techs don’t get paid for videos so you won’t get quality videos you will get the most basic and simple video possible and guess what it sells you don’t need to bs around with showing green items you show the yellow and red plain and simple it’s bad enough the length of time it takes to fill out the mpi and video with my karrma. Especially in busy shops with flat rate guys unless these companies start paying differently there will be an even large shortage of techs in the world all thanks to things like this.

Flat Rate
Not a good flat rate tech app at all. I can’t believe our dealer even invested in this. ALOT of extra work and steps with NO extra money. Very clunky app, always glitches, causing even more time to be spent on the app just to get declined when sent to customer.
Glitching since day one.
Glitching almost every time. I was told it was my phone upgrade to the latest. Cell phone provider changes also. Would like to see my app updated every time I have tried. With the amount of dealerships using there services you would think the app could use more features and updates.

Runs terribly did not increase sales
The app constantly crashes you are also graded by a ai that will pick up what you say and make it a subtitle but wont count it towards your score overall noticed no difference in upsells
