Rough app
Never fails to crash and walkaround pics and videos never seem to finish uploading when I get to the desktop to write ros. Wish we used something else at work.
Seems to be great if you’re an advisor, not so much if you’re a tech
The dealership I work at switched to MyKaarma a few months ago. Using this app as a technician is pretty terrible. It doesn’t remember my login, logs me out constantly, and is overall very clunky. Having to re-log in with oily gloves 6 times a day is not fun. The desktop browser version of MyKaarma isn’t so bad, I still prefer Xtime but MyKaarma (on a browser) has some benefits. The AI video grader is pretty inaccurate in some aspects, as well. If you’re a service advisor, or anyone that sits at a desk, MyKaarma is probably great. It’s definitely geared more towards helping the advisors/sales over anything, it has slowed me down significantly as a technician. Wouldn’t recommend but we’re stuck with it now 👎

Capability on Android
When are you gonna get Android phone fully support with your Apps? Can’t force us to buy iPhone because I need to use your apps
Freezing
App gives me an error every time I load a video. It is annoying and losing money because of it.
AI grading
AI grading is not accurate. App also doesn’t work on android.

It gets the job done but could use a lot of polish, animations and transitions are non existent, dark mode app icon is light mode app when it’s in a un-collapsed folder for some reason but becomes correct dark mode icon when the app folder is collapsed, cannot upload video in background must be in foreground with screen unlocked to finish uploading video properly, inbox screen for messaging is kind of a joke, Just overall lacking a lot of polish and functionality for an other wise very functional (Allbeit limited at this time) work app. Basically all of the features of the desktop web app should be available to a better degree with the addition of mobile functionality like it already has.

Close Out
It will happen at least once a day where I take a picture to send to advisor, and the app will just close out. Also, sometimes after taking a picture, when typing a message with it, the keyboard will go into wide mode and I cannot undo it without closing out the app.
Do NOT USE
Terrible product, constantly updating and missing many things that would make it easier and more efficient. Time killer for the technician. Multipoint is a much better option.
The AI is awful, the app itself is awful
It never saves my videos, it will just not upload my videos or my PNA's

Terrible for business
VW dealer tech use this for our multi point inspections and it is terrible. Videos take forever to upload and you have to have the app open plus even with settings changed you need WiFi for any of it to work. Secondly my videos stopped having sound in them when i emailed for help the first time they told be it was my phone settings which I had already checked, now the second time it’s been 4 days and two emails

Garbage
An absolute garbage app for automotive work. If you are forced to use this app quit.
MyKaarma strikes again!
Something broken every new update and every day. Today “video processing error” after taking 2 minute long videos. -100/10.
Crashes every single day, various reasons
My business forces the use of this app that wastes more time than it saves. It’s a daily occurrence that the app will crash randomly during chat use, video playback, customer review, etc. Despite the verification of up to date app versions and device software, it is a constant struggle to justify its use while it is so time consuming to restart any given task. During video recording, any interruption on the device you’re using is liable and likely to crash the app or cease recording ability — which is arguably the main purpose of this whole app!

Absolute frustration
First things first.. this doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Secondly I never thought that a simple inspection app could have so many glaring issues. There are many many issues that need to be fixed mainly with video errors. My phone switching orientation for a portrait to landscape should not affect the video and make me have to waste time and restart the video. I work at an incredibly busy shop and this has been nothing but absolute madness. Having to redo inspection videos several times because of issues with video encoding when I have a full shop and 10 cars outside waiting. FIX YOUR APP

Garbage
This app is garbage, never loads always stuck on the load up screen then when it does work your customer or ro does not show up in its system. Suggest using cdk

Horrible. Very buggy and updates are needed way too often. It’s cheap for a reason.
Bad program and not easy to use…
This program replaced Solera Autopoint at my place of work and it is way worse to operate and navigate. Also there are some inspections not covered on this program that Autopoint has. I do not recommend using this program over Solera Autopoint. Their system is more user friendly and way better to operate. If I could give zero stars I would. This is just plain bad!!!

Buggy
Been using this app for 7 months mandatory by our dealership. Anytime someone calls me while recording a video it will crash the app or loose all the recording I have made. On top of that the AI grading system is unreliable
