Your business has a lot of moving parts. Make them move together. Coordinex brings schedules, jobs, tasks, time tracking, team communication, and everyday approvals into one beautifully organized workspace. Built for the people running the business—and the people getting the work done. FROM THE PLAN TO THE LAST CHECKMARK Turn job documents into plans you can review. Assign the work, connect tasks and checklists, and keep instructions where your team can find them. Shift Playbooks bring the same clarity to the start, middle, and end of a shift. ONE CLEAR VIEW OF THE DAY See jobs, shifts, and tasks together in Schedule. Put the work name first, see who's assigned, and keep times and hours in context. Plan recurring shifts, manage availability, and help your team pick up or swap open work. LESS CHASING. MORE DONE. Move jobs and tasks between statuses with a drag. Add checklist items and photo requirements. Link related work so the details travel with the task instead of getting lost in a separate conversation. TIME TRACKING THAT FITS REAL WORK Clock in with location-aware time tracking, record breaks, and see early or late timing for a shift. Review hours in Work Log, handle items that need attention, and keep mileage and expenses connected to the work. A MORE CONNECTED BUSINESS Manage team messages, approvals, inventory, and payroll preparation in the same app. Share polished PDF and spreadsheet reports. Use Copilot to ask about your business in plain language and find the information you need. BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM'S ROLES Employees, managers, admins, and owners each get access shaped by their role and your organization's permissions. Give people useful tools while keeping sensitive information and management actions appropriately controlled. From the shop floor to the job site, Coordinex helps your team spend less time piecing the day together—and more time doing work that matters. PRICING Every plan ships every feature.
