Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Cell C at Free against FlightSalah's $1.99. Cell C also leads on ratings volume (43 vs 1). FlightSalah's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
