Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Wingmall at free against Del Taco's free with in-app purchases. Wingmall also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Del Taco's advantage is ratings volume (43K vs 10) and chart position (#158 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Del Taco against 4.7 for Wingmall. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Del Taco has 43K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 10% of Del Taco's written reviews are positive against 0% of Wingmall's.
Del Taco ships an update every 5 weeks, Wingmall every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
