One kettlebell. A clear plan. A workout you don’t have to invent. Open Bellring and see your exercises, repetitions, weight and rest periods. Choose a program and follow your session from warm-up to the final interval. Spend less time deciding what comes next and more time on the movement in front of you. DAILY CHALLENGES, AT YOUR PACE With Bellring Pro, choose a daily movement challenge and follow its goal. Check in when you complete the day, see your progress on Home and earn a medal when you finish. Optional reminders can help you return to your challenge. Choose from six goals: 100 swings, 50 push-ups or 3 minutes of plank per day for 7 completed days; 50 bodyweight squats, 30 goblet squats or 30 rows (15 per arm) per day for 14 completed days. Split the goal into sets. Missed days do not reset progress. See the goal before joining. GIVE YOUR GOAL A PLACE IN YOUR WEEK Build confidence with kettlebell movements, work on strength or focus on fitness. With Bellring Pro, choose your program, starting level and weekly frequency. On supported plans, select workout days and session lengths to fit training into your schedule. KNOW WHAT TO DO, EVERY ROUND Your exercises, target repetitions, working weight and rest are together in one plan. Start with a warm-up, use animated demonstrations and technique cues to understand the movements, follow the interval timer and finish with a cooldown. Want to see the whole session? Open the plan from the progress header to review exercises and intervals, with the current and completed intervals highlighted. The countdown pauses while you look. LET THE TIMER KEEP THE RHYTHM EMOM means completing your repetitions at the start of each minute, then resting for the time left over. Voice prompts and sound cues mark interval changes. On compatible devices, Live Activities keep your timer available on the Lock Screen and in Dynamic Island. An open EMOM timer is also included for independent sessions. GIVE YOUR NEXT SESSION A CLEAR STARTING POINT Finish your workout, rate the effort and review a personal Pro recommendation. See why an adjustment is suggested, then decide whether to apply it or keep your current setup. Your full Pro history brings completed sessions, working weights, training volume and notes together. Revisit your results, follow your consistency and compare the work you have done. RETURN TO YOUR PLAN The calendar shows scheduled and completed workouts. Home helps you find the next planned session. After training, choose an optional reminder time; tapping a notification opens the matching workout preview without starting the timer.
