Pour simplifier la vie de ses assurés, Diot by Hélium met à leur disposition une application gratuite et disponible sur tous les smartphones. Cette application vous permet de rester informé et de gérer votre contrat directement depuis votre mobile en bénéficiant des fonctionnalités de votre Espace Assuré : - Consultation des derniers remboursements de soins de santé - Accès à votre attestation de Tiers-Payant et autres documents (échéanciers, devis…) - Consultation des garanties de vos contrats Santé - Localisation des professionnels de santé les plus proches - Consultation et modification de vos informations personnelles (coordonnées, identifiants bancaires, liste des bénéficiaires…) - Demande de prise en charge hospitalière Cette application vous permet également de rester en contact avec Diot by Hélium grâce à la rubrique « Nous contacter ». Pour se connecter à l’application, il est nécessaire de renseigner l'identifiant et le mot de passe associés à votre Espace Assuré. L’identifiant est disponible sur les en-têtes des courriers Diot by Hélium.
