The clearest difference is rating: Belltower Coffee at 5.0 against Baskin's 4.3. Belltower Coffee also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Baskin's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 3) and chart position (#110 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
