Login fails every time
It’s been years and the password reset/login situation has not been fixed so it’s impossible to use. I give up trying resets, etc. it’s pointless.
FIX YOUR APP
More times than I can remember, this app FAILS!! What’s the point in having the app if it only frustrates your customers?!
Flawed
This app is lacking in many ways. I do like that you can now mobile order ahead, but I do not like that the current flavors available are not accurate for the store ordering from. Also, how is it that a description of ice cream flavors is not available anywhere that I can see on the app?? People have no idea what to order (or what they CAN order if food allergies) and this is the biggest miss for me.

Menu is blank
When trying to order in the app, the menu is completely blank. It’s like this for my local restaurant on two different phones

App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. I go to Baskin-Robbins on a regular. Every time they scan the app, it always says “5 rewards next”, And never gives me any rewards. The staff is also clueless when it comes to this app.
Broken
The app never gets past the opening screen with the big logo. There’s nothing to click or input. I’ve sat there and waited 5 minutes for something to load, I’ve removed and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing has worked. I’m on excellent high speed wifi so it’s not the internet connection, this app just won’t load.

Crashed during signup. Never could get past the notification screen. I removed the app and put it back still same thing. It sucks because that’s the only way to order online! Do better BR!

I was trying to make a acc and I exited out to get my number and it resets my WHOLE THING
Terrible customer service
It worked for a year than my problems started! I tried reaching out to customer service with no help! I couldn’t reset my password because when I tried it said my password was incorrect. It’s a vicious cycle never going anywhere. I tried using a different email but still had problems so I chucked it & said forget it!

Not great
Definitely missing the ability to review your order or to cancel it when a reward was ignored and a full price was charged immediately to your credit card.

Why I got this app? I normally stop by Dunkin Donuts that offer Baskin-Robbin’s ice cream to get a scoop or two of ice cream on display, but lately I’ve taken to use the Dunkin app to order ahead, but realized that they don’t have ice cream on their app’s menu list. So, I decided to try this app. Unfortunately, there’s no option to order ice cream by the scoops on this.
That’s a bummer. So, the app is basically useless to me.

hate this app and bad place
number one: the customer service is so bad here. i love ice cream and it is my bday so i thought, “ ah! i will get the app and get a treat! perfect!” uh, no. we walked in and i noticed right away that the workers hate their job. terrible energy, but then i tried a few flavors, got my ice cream and was paying. in the app, it said 50% off of your purchase. they said to me, “ yahh so thats for a cappuccino blassttt.” i was like oh okay and payed for my overpriced, not even that good ice cream. its not that it was a lot of money it was js that its my bday, u didnt even say happy bday or given me a smile, and you cant even say like sorry about that we will give u 50% off or sm. $4.11 PEOPLE. GET A LIFE. BTW THIS WAS THE BASKIN ROBBINS ON 1335 E Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, Texas at around 7:45 PM. CMON PEOPLE. I tried downloading and deleting twice and it still does not allow me to log into my account. The error slide keeps coming up and freezes the app

Already had a rewards account, downloaded app to claim 80 cent scoop and the app kept telling me to “sign up” for rewards when I was logged in to my account. Workers couldn’t do anything to help in-store. Terrible app

Can’t log in. Cant reset password . Cant reset account. Forced to use a phone number that I no longer have the info for. Your QA team/product have severely overlooked a user use case scenario.
