Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: myLearners at 3.0 against SEQTA Learn's 1.9. SEQTA Learn's advantage is review sentiment (41% vs 5%) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
myLearners holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SEQTA Learn has 23 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of SEQTA Learn's written reviews are positive against 5% of myLearners's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
SEQTA Learn ships an update every 6 weeks, myLearners every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
