Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MBCC Church at 5.0 against Ember's 3.3. MBCC Church also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). Ember's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 21 months) and ratings volume (7.5K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
