DanceFlow is the operating system for modern dance studios - one calm, beautiful place to run scheduling, students, lesson packages, attendance, messaging and invoicing. Built in the studio, not the boardroom. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, paper packages and scattered messages, DanceFlow brings everything together so the studio runs itself in the background while you focus on dancing. THREE PURPOSE-BUILT PORTALS • Owners & admins — a live view of the whole studio: bookings, revenue, packages running low, and students who need attention, with reports instead of spreadsheets. • Teachers — less admin: your day at a glance, simple attendance, lesson notes, and instant messaging with students. • Students — clarity: see your schedule and remaining lessons, book or request lessons, and stay in touch with your studio. SCHEDULING THAT MATCHES REALITY A clean calendar for private and group lessons, recurring bookings, and conflict-free scheduling so a teacher is never double-booked. STUDENTS & LESSON PACKAGES Manage your roster, track remaining lessons in each package, and watch balances update automatically as lessons are completed. ATTENDANCE & LESSON NOTES Mark attendance in a tap and keep notes that travel with each student. MESSAGING & ANNOUNCEMENTS Reach students one-to-one or broadcast announcements to the whole studio. INVOICING & PAYMENTS Send invoices and let studios collect payments for lessons and packages securely. Payments for in-person lessons and packages are handled by the studio through Stripe. DESIGNED FOR THE PHONE IN YOUR POCKET Fast, focused and effortless - DanceFlow feels native and calm, so the busywork disappears. Start free. Run your studio from anywhere.
