About

TrackPlan

Features

Tell TrackPlan what you want to train — "short sprint week for speed endurance," "base week for an 800m runner" — and get a complete 7-day plan in seconds, written for track athletes: warm-ups, reps, rest intervals, and coaching notes. ADD IT. RUN IT. CHECK IT OFF. Your week lives on the Schedule tab. Expand any day, check off each exercise as you finish, and watch the week's progress bar fill. TOOLS THAT LIVE TRACKSIDE • Lap stopwatch — time reps with lap splits and save sessions to history • GPS distance — live meters, pace, and speed while you run • Plan library — build and organize your own workouts by event group: sprints, hurdles, middle/distance, jumps, throws PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your training data stays on your phone — only the goal you type is sent to generate your plan. Built by 9Four Labs for athletes and coaches who plan in reps, not vibes.
