Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: KingsPass at 100% against StarTimes ON's 30%. KingsPass also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and in-app purchases (none vs 10). StarTimes ON's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months) and ratings volume (215 vs 2). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
