Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iQua at 4.7 against eModul's 1.5. iQua also leads on ratings volume (957 vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). eModul's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
