Verdict
Timekept and Lennox Home both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 96% of Timekept's written reviews are positive against 17% of Lennox Home's. Lennox Home's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and ratings volume (48K vs 17). On rating, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Lennox Home is free to download; Timekept costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Lennox Home holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lennox Home has 48K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Timekept's written reviews are positive against 17% of Lennox Home's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
