How Rocket Laundry Pickup Works: Step 1: Download the app and create a Rocket account. Save your address & select your custom cleaning preferences. Enter your order for pickup and leave it in an agreed to location. Step 2: Rocket Laundry will swing by with custom laundry and garment bags to collect your items. You will be notified when they are picked up and at each step of the cleaning process. Step 3: Your clothes are returned fresh and folded or hung. Meanwhile, you can carry on with life ;-)We typically pickup and deliver each city route two days per week. Your schedule will become available when you get signed up. We do offer rush pickup and delivery for an additional fee or you can swing by the store to pick up early. Standard route deliveries are free of charge.
