Verdict
myCAMPapp and Maisonette both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 64% of Maisonette's written reviews are positive against 0% of myCAMPapp's. Maisonette also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 467). myCAMPapp's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
