Buyer beware!!! If you buy from this site and have any issue at all it will take days to hear back and will be a shockingly bad experience t trying to get any help at all from their customer service team. I’m telling everyone I know not to shop here and will be deleting the app immediately after my first awful experience with a double purchase going through and they are doing zilch absolutely nothing to help in facilitating a positive customer experience. Seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM

Customer care saves the day
I like the clothes and furniture on this site. I’ve never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. The site would not load. Then it did and I couldn’t use any of my cards to pay. It was a mess and very frustrating. I reached out to customer care via email. They were extremely helpful and courteous. And I was able to final complete my purchase. So I want to commend the customer care department for helping me work through this problem.

Rebranded made in china crap. Outsourced “customer service” that lies to get your money and does not honor what they say. Stay far away. App doesn’t work and they have no clue as to what they were doing. Had to get my card issuer involved because they point blank are trash. They will waste your time and take your money. Run! Luxury? Ludicrous.
