Horrible customer service

Buyer beware!!! If you buy from this site and have any issue at all it will take days to hear back and will be a shockingly bad experience t trying to get any help at all from their customer service team. I’m telling everyone I know not to shop here and will be deleting the app immediately after my first awful experience with a double purchase going through and they are doing zilch absolutely nothing to help in facilitating a positive customer experience. Seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM
THIS COMPANY- they don’t care about their customers experience AT ALL!!!!!!
