Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Studio 8 at none against Perifit Care's 2. Studio 8 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0.0 vs 15.1). Perifit Care's advantage is ratings volume (4.4K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Studio 8 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perifit Care has 4.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
