I wish I had got this sooner
I wish I got this right after childbirth when I was supposed to do my pelvic floor exercises while my pelvic floor was healing. I was spending lots of time sitting down and on my phone anyway. Super easy to use, surprisingly not uncomfortable to insert and didn’t have to think hard about any of the steps. Everything is intuitive, user friendly and fun. Not time consuming at all as sessions are between 5 and 10 minutes depending on your choice of training program. I actually wanted to keep playing at the end of my first session!

I would truly recommend using it daily. Work ☺️perfectly with your body. It strengthens all of your lady parts that you need to be strengthened in the right area. The games are very fun. I really enjoy each and one of them.

Great program and Device
I love this device/program. It’s been a game changer. I may never be back to 50 or 60 vaginal muscle strength, but my muscles getting strong and after 3 months I have noticed a difference. The guess work in am I doing the exercises properly is gone. Sad this device was not available years ago. Best thing since tampons 😊

I have made some progress using the perifit care. My urge incontinence has improved and a am more confident that I will have even better control. The games are fun and the perifit itself is easy to use and clean.
