It is a fun and helpful way to work on my pelvic floor muscles. The feedback it provides let me know the quality of my contractions and relaxations. The games are very entertaining and motivate me to do the work.

It’s a good thing I’m using this device to strengthen my pelvic floor. Otherwise I might have peed myself laughing while playing pong with another lady. This is fun and functional.

I became interested in Perifit when my mom underwent extensive surgeries to correct prolapse. Using Perifit is a fun way to prevent prolapse and stay healthy. I like how it not only measures contraction, but my ability to fully relax. My doctor explained that the latter is actually most important for preventing prolapse.

Perfit taught my body how to respond to sexual pleasure, before this it was petrified and unyielding, scared of physical touch or vibration. Perfit made my body respond to a stimulation down there, even if just an exercise. Once it could accept and respond to physical stimulation, it could begin to feel pleasure.

J’adore. Depuis mon second accouchement, j’ai éprouvé beaucoup de problèmes avec mon périnée. J’ai consulté en physiothérapie, périnéal, et ça a réglé une partie des problèmes. 20 ans plus tard, avec l’âge, ça revient. En quelques jours, je constate une amélioration de mon plancher pelvien. En plus je m’amuse comme une petite folle. C’est très drôle de faire exploser des bombes, des teindre, des feux, et de sauter des haies avec mon vagin!

If I miss a few days, I notice a negative difference. If I get in 6 sessions a week, it’s obvious it’s working. So worth it!

Great toy/tool
I loved it so much I bought a 2nd but cannot get set up because the app recognizes me as my original perifit
A total game changer.
I honestly didn’t know what to expect but since the Perifit offers a 90 Days money guarantee I thought there must be something good about it. I didn’t suffer from leaks but lacked firmness after giving birth almost 17 years ago over the last few years I noticed changes down there, everything became less tight and with that came less plessure in the bedroom. It was noticeable. Within 2-3 weeks of using it - I am in a total shock! Not only both myself and my partner feel a massive difference already I actually feel motivated to use the app and discover new games as I progress. The inventor of Perifit is a genius! All the parts of the muscles work as you go through each game not only a general “squeeze” as many women without Perifit might be doing. Au début, je n’était pas capable de contracter de la bonne façon, et mon Perifit ressortait sous les contractions. Si la garantie avait été de seulement un mois, je l’aurais retourné. Mais j’ai persévéré et en le maintenant en bonne position avec une main, je suis maintenant capable de contracter parfaitement! Les exercices vont en augmentant la difficulté, ce qui est vraiment génial!
Je me lève moins souvent la nuit et je suis maintenant capable de me retenir jusqu’à la toilette!

Strengthening pelvic floor
Seriously a fun way to do one of the more “boring” things we as women need to do regularly for pelvic health. This tool is so useful and the games make it so much more motivating to do.

Was recommended by my pelvic PT— I used to get so bored with the usual kegels that I skipped most days— now I’ve been a regular Perifit user for two months and my PT said I improved my pelvic floor substantially. The exercises are fun and challenging at the same time, and the fact that I can monitor the quality of the contractions is another plus. Overall, one of the most helpful apps I’ve found.
