Tapset
Read full descriptionHide full description
Tapset is a strength training log for people who already train on their own and want to record sets faster instead of filling in a table after every movement. THE CORE • Weight and reps are pre-filled with your last result — if you did the same, one tap is all it takes • The "last time" column sits right next to the input: you can see where to start today • The rest timer starts by itself the moment you log a set • The end-of-rest alert vibrates even when the screen is locked and the phone is in your bag • A "since your last set" counter shows how long you have been resting if you got distracted PROGRESSION BY LEVEL, NOT ONLY BY WEIGHT Every exercise exists at several difficulty levels: from an empty-bar press to a press with a pause, from wall push-ups to the archer push-up. At home you cannot add 2.5 kg — the one honest way to grow there is to make the movement itself harder. Memory is tied to the triple "exercise + level + set number". That is why moving up to a harder level does not look like going backwards: you did 20 reps at an easy level, moved up and did 12 — the app shows your last result for that exact level, not a discouraging "last time it was 20". WHAT ELSE IS THERE • Growth charts per exercise: before → after • Technique notes in three blocks — starting position, the movement, what to watch out for • A catalogue by equipment: no equipment, home, dumbbells, gym • Days unlock in order, but the lock does not lock you out: any day can be opened with a button • Export the log to a file and import it back — your history survives a new phone • Russian and English, picked from your system language WITHOUT THE INTERNET Every program, exercise and description is stored inside the app in advance. A basement with no signal and a gym with no Wi-Fi work exactly the same. PRIVACY There is no server at all. No account, no sign-in, no sync. The log lives only on this device. No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers. HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS This is an early version. Programs and the exercise list are limited — you cannot add your own program yet. There is no import of history from other apps. There is no Apple Watch app yet either.
