Your working week, sorted. RunBuddy is the work diary built for train crew. Plan your roster, record your runs and keep a clear history of your work, from your next shift to the months behind you. YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE Keep shifts, standby, meals, leave, training and other duties together. Move between days and weeks, clone a shift, or change rostered work to leave while keeping the original details. EVERY RUN, EVERY DETAIL Record train describers, locations, departure and arrival times, stopping patterns and notes. Station and next-leg suggestions reduce repeated entry, and Save and Add Another helps you record multiple runs more quickly. YOUR WORK, IN PERSPECTIVE Explore hours, kilometres, runs, corridors and train types. Filter by operator or review combined totals. Distinguish observed travel from time actually worked at the controls. KEEP TRAINING IN VIEW Track training progress and keep upcoming assessments and important dates close at hand. DETAILS WHEN YOU NEED THEM Check your Next Shift, Next 5 Days and On Duty information with Home Screen widgets. Live Activities keep current shift and duty details in view. Use supported Siri and Shortcuts actions, and find saved shifts and runs through Spotlight. DOCUMENTS WITH THEIR WORK Attach photos, PDFs, diagrams and slips to the relevant shift or record. Record short workings with supporting documents and keep a history of changes. DIFFERENT OPERATORS, ONE DIARY Keep records for multiple rail operators and switch between them. Railway-specific station, route, line and fleet information makes entering your work more useful. COMPARE IF YOU CHOOSE The optional leaderboard lets participating crew compare kilometres worked. Participation is entirely opt-in. YOUR DIARY REMAINS YOURS No account required. No advertising. RunBuddy is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any railway operator. Operator names are used for identification purposes only.
