Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: PetHaus.com at 100% against PetMeds's 30%. PetHaus.com also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16). PetMeds's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
