Got my meds for my dog the next day when I was totally out. PetMeds really cares about your pet. So compassionate and caring!!
Horrible app
Hate this app. Not user friendly to say the least. Won’t let me track my packages. Keeps sending to this stupid verification page that just keeps reloading over and over asking if I’m a human. They just randomly canceled my orders saying it was a computer glitch on there end-? Whatever….
Update
As soon as I updated the app today I can no longer able to to to my account. It keeps anymore asking to prove I’m a human over and over and I can’t get any information anymore.
Was great
App was working great for a long time. Recently, every time I open the app, all I get is a blank white screen, that never loads. All tabs are like this. Can’t track my pet’s meds or essentials anymore. GREAT JOB!
Medicine order
I ordered my dog medication, and have still yet to receive it. When I called to find out what was going on with it, they told me that the post office canceled the order and now they have to redo the order for the medication which is going to take 2-3 days. And that they can’t give me overnight shipping again so now I have to wait even longer for it to get to me once they get the medication. Keep in mind this is for a seizure dog. Absolutely ridiculous. I still have nothing on my orders that this second order is being processed to replace the first one so I have no idea what’s going on with it. This is my first time ordering with them and it has been a nightmare.

App Doesn’t Work
Useless app when I comes to account management and order placement. The captcha never works, so I can’t ever see my account info, update any info, etc.

Good concept, 0 execution
I got this app for my puppy, I thought it was kinda like the “NURX” app but for dogs. I was so excited and prepared for the order that I made for my dogs monthly necessities. Did not come at all after waiting over a month. I had to cancel because it was asking me for my next delivery since I made a subscription. Had to cancel and on top of that, my dog ended up getting infested with fleas since the preventative never came. Whole thing was a hassle and I expected more, I tried calling customer service-got no response.

App has become terrible
Very slow. Links to track shipments of orders don’t work. I’ve filled out pet profiles including birthdate, medications, and pictures and the information is gone a few days later. Just awful now. Used to be ok.
Utter failure
Links don’t work. When you go to view your account you get stuck in a circle jerk of verifying you’re human. On 8th time and still nothing. The ability to test apps and ensure they work before putting them into production is garbage.
Love the update
Much more seamless experience than Chewy with new update and they have everything I need for my little guys at a good price A++
Horrible
My dog has heart failure. I told Pet Meds I only had 4 days of meds left. The lady promised she’d send it priority. It is now 8 days. Customer service blew me off. They just forwarded me the shipping info. If you care about your pets, find a better company.
Website is not friendly
Every time I try to cancel a delivery or reschedule a delivery the stupid app doesn’t work it freezes up!
Terrible updates
Your new app updates are awful. I could not move an auto ship to order now - no option for it. Then created a new auto ship order and it tells me I have to select a pet but does not populate anything for me to select, so I’m stuck.

I last used the app 6 months ago and it worked fine Since then it must have been updated — all my favorites are gone

How? Why?
I don’t know how such a big company operates with a horrible app. It never works right. Was hopeful that the updated app which had a slight facelift would be better, but, when I get to the review order button, NOTHING HAPPENS.
Options don’t work
I got this app to make it easier to look up the things I needed to do for my pet.
First, I cannot add my pet,or
My vet, nor pet meds nor does it show my orders.. the frames are there to fill in but then it goes no where or just keeps loading which it never does. What good is the app if you cant use it ? Please fix it!

Broken beyond belief
Managing autoship just presents a blank page. Viewing payment methods traps you in an endless loop you can’t exit. It throws errors left and right. I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered an app from a major company with so many issues… it’s literally unusable.
Riddled with bugs
Hasn’t been updated in over a year and it shows. It allowed me to add a quantity of 6 of dog food to the cart, but wouldn’t allow me to add my Amex CC because it wasn’t allowing more than 3 digits for the verification number. So I setup PayPal. When attempting to submit the order, it failed because they didn’t have the quantity available of the dog food that was already in my cart. App is just as awful as the website.

What did you do to the app???
Used to work fine. Upgraded it and now it remembers that it’s me logged in with the “Hi, [Name]” but it deleted all my pet and medical and vet and auto-orders and meds information!!! Please fix it! I need to reorder my dog’s meds.
