The clearest difference is rating: Innovation Drive at 5.0 against EV Connect's 4.5. Innovation Drive also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). EV Connect's advantage is ratings volume (6.8K vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
