CaseHero keeps track of what companies promise you. Every call, bill, document and follow-up with a company lives in one thread. You never have to remember who said what, or write it down. Everything important, connected. MAKE A CALL, KEEP THE RECEIPT Call any company through CaseHero (your carrier, insurer, bank, utility, airline, doctor's office). When you hang up you have a Call Receipt: a copy of the call, a full transcript, and a plain summary of what was promised and by when. Every call opens with a disclosure, so everyone on the line knows. NOTHING SLIPS Promises and next steps are pulled out of each call and kept in the thread, so you can see what is still open. EXPLAIN A DOCUMENT Add a letter, bill or policy and get it explained in plain English. CHECK A BILL CrossCheck compares a medical bill against your explanation of benefits and flags what doesn't match. GET READY TO CALL A short plan before you dial: what to ask for and what to have in hand. START A FILE Keep everything about one matter together, even before the first call. SHARE IT Send a receipt or a thread to a family member or whoever is helping you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Transcription and redaction happen on your iPhone. Audio passes through our server only to deliver it to your phone, and is deleted from our server after that. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your calls. There's an app for everything.
