With the fepblue app, you can: Access your benefits: • View and share your member ID card, and access important contact numbers 24/7. • Check your benefits and coverage for common procedures and services. • Track your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums. * • Access medical and pharmacy claims. * • View, download and share your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Get care: • Call the 24/7 Nurse Line or use our TeleHealth services by Teladoc Health®. • Find nearby providers and urgent care centers. • Access Overseas coverage. Use health and wellness resources: • View your MyBlue® Wellness Card balance and find ways to earn and spend rewards. • Track rewards and monitor progress toward health goals. • Send secure messages to FEP customer service for claims, enrollment or other questions. • Receive important reminders directly on your mobile device (with permission). • Stay connected through our website and social media channels. *Please allow up to 10 days for claim updates to reflect on your account. • You can find providers and urgent care centers without logging in.
