Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Quantified Map at Free against Workout Map's $1.99. Quantified Map also leads on ratings volume (62 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.4). Workout Map's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.2). On review sentiment, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Workout Map holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quantified Map has 62 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Quantified Map's written reviews are positive against 54% of Workout Map's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
