Verdict
12th Tribe and Beni both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 84% of Beni's written reviews are positive against 46% of 12th Tribe's. Beni also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). 12th Tribe's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
