Amazing tool for second hand shoppers
This app has honestly made my life of shopping second hand so much easier. I love finding a good deal but don’t have time to figure out the exact keywords to find the right items, the discoverability is perfect and I love all the filtering options. I primarily use the lens feature. Extra shoutout to 1) the ML Eng working on this, fantastic job I feel like the image clustering always works super well and finds what I’m looking for, and 2) the iOS devs working on this, the app’s UI is so clean and I can see Gen Z loving it.
Three feature requests/enhancements would be: 1) sometimes I want to search an item but in a different color. For example, I find a jacket on Depop and want to search for the same thing but in a new color, if this could be a filtering option would be cool. 2) it’s not super easy to tell when you’re giving Beni the affiliate credit, would love to make sure when I purchase something they get some of the profit since I used the app to discover the item but sometimes it takes multiple steps to actually buy (eg make an offer on Depop and come back to buy the item a day later) and not sure whether Beni is paid in this scenario which I imagine is common for second hand shoppers. 3) “the new finds for you” emails aren’t covering many of my searches, only 1.

I’m dumb or it doesn’t work for men
Men’s filters and personal sizes simply don’t work. Can’t explore anything… will try again if it’s fixed.
No Small Shoe Sizes
Just excitedly downloaded this to find shoes, but I went to filter for shoe sizes 4.5 and 5, and they weren’t even an option. Kind of makes this whole app useless if I can’t even filter by size?

Nice app but…
I love how this app has evolved but… y’all desperately need to extend the women’s shoe size search filter! Women’s 11 is not extended enough especially when there are brands available for resale that go up to a 15z
My favorite app
After I started using it here and there, it slowly became most used app! I loveeeee how easy it is the view all secondhand marketplaces! I’ve been saving all my finds & sharing them with my friends by sharing my profile link, so that’s a fab feature I’m loving!

I used Beni to find my winter capsule wardrobe pieces at a fraction of the cost than retail!!! Easy to use and I found everything I was looking for in great condition. It’s a win for your closet, the environment, and your wallet :)
Just Awful
I read all the wonderful reviews and figured I would give it a try. During setup I told the wizard that I was a male and selected a couple of my go-to brands. Then once in the app I specified my sizes. I immediately started a search and got nothing but suggestions for women in all sizes.

Convenient, easy to access, and innovative!!! Makes online thrifting a much better and seamless experience, and removes the time, energy, and dedication you need to shop secondhand on Depop, Poshmark, Grailed, and all of the other new secondhand clothing platforms.
Please fix this issue!!!!
This app has become one of my favorite past times ever!!! But a few days ago, anytime I went to put an image to search it would only show me things that were a minimum price of $40. Before that, I could search and instantly find thing for $15 or less. Please fix this!!! Using the filter from low to high doesn’t even work because it just shows the $40 items first and then goes up so high in price

Hi! Thanks for the feedback, we removed it. For context, we were looking for ways to remove a lot of the fast fashion items that can sometimes flood the results. Instead we've removed that filter and will allow you to set any price range you'd like to see. The price range filter will be released in the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience and hope you'll keep using Beni in the future.
I’ve needed this my entire life
I am so obsessed with this app. Especially once I started using the safari extension - GAME CHANGER. I could easily search for things myself but somehow this app finds things I didn’t know existed. A must for online thrifters
Forced to log in
I’ve been using this app for a month and I didn’t need to log in for a while, and that’s how I preferred it but in the latest update they made it that you MUST log in, and to make matters worse, I can only sign in using my Apple ID or Google. I am comfortable with neither but I do need to use this app often to find certain items, so I gave my Apple ID. But it’s genuinely upsetting that I had to do this after weeks of using it without logging in.

Love this app, it's saved me so much money! However it's missing out on an entire marketplace of trendy secondhand clothes by not having Depop integrated and would be so helpful

this is my favorite tool for secondhand shopping! I love that I can search either by brand or by similar items, because sometimes I'm looking for something from a specific brand but other times I'm just shopping for an aesthetic. and Beni makes it extra easy by filtering by my size, so I don't have to scroll through listings that won't work for me!

Incredibly helpful
I’m surprised Beni doesn’t have more reviews. I have saved so much money (and the planet hopefully) by thrifting with Beni. I love poshmark and thredup already, but Beni saves me time trying to find a resale deal. I no joke recommend it to all my girlies.

Every secondhand item that I’ve come across is from Poshmark. Which is fine but I was looking for something that would have a broader search across multiple secondhand apps.
could use some improvement!
So far, the app is doing what it’s supposed to, like finding the correct vintage items (and for reasonable prices) but the sizing for the app doesn’t translate well! For example the settings say woman pant size XXL also including sizes 20, 22, 36-37, but the items i searched for showed up for sizes 20 or 22in which is a size M. Hope this can be improved upon.

Making shopping second hand easy
I have been wanting to shop second hand, but it can be difficult to find the products I want on resale sites. With the Beni extension, it’s effortless. I can shop like I normally do online, and then quickly see alternatives for second hand options!
Great Concept
This app is a great concept and I really enjoy being able to see if I can buy what I am shopping for secondhand. It’s user friendly & the introduction of the resale registry is nice so you can save your finds.
