The call

The clearest difference is rating: Battle.net at 4.6 against ATMOSFEAR™'s 3.6. Battle.net also leads on ratings volume (36K vs 8) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). ATMOSFEAR™'s advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
