Live Flight status and subscribe to receive notifications on status changes, reserve and pay parking, discover Airport facilities and browse our ACSA Shop. The official ACSA app helps to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable journey. Navigate our three international airports, King Shaka International Airport, O.R Tambo International Airport, and Cape Town International Airport using the app. Compare parking rates through the parking calculator, plan upfront, register your vehicle, and prebook parking on the app. Also available is the 'Scan your parking ticket' feature to pay using the app. It is important to note that you need to be registered on the app and logged in when you want to pay for parking with your credit card. Get special offers for shops and restaurants within our airports. A channel to communicate with ACSA directly through the Customer Feedback feature and use your camera in-app to attach photos to support your query or feedback. You are also able to participate in surveys and use our highly intelligent Chatbot for FAQ & answers or 'Chat to an Agent' live. Check the weather where you are going. You can also book your COVID-19 test at O.R Tambo International Airport. Whether it's your first time at an ACSA Airport and you need a little guidance, or you're a jet setter, the ACSA app is the ideal travelling partner to make the most of your trip.
