Can’t even do the basics!!
Absolute waste of time!! On multiple occasions I have tried to pay for my parking at CT Intl. Scans the card barcode, paid on my loaded card, get a bank confirmation that it’s paid plus a message on the app saying it’s paid, proceed to exit. Insert the ticket….nothing, still wants payment. Boom had to be opened by a parking attendant. Not even going to bother anymore!!!

Steer clear, downloaded the app, successfully paid for parking only to find the gate did not recognise payment. And ACSA staff unaware of their own app leads to rude woman shouting gibberish over mic sooooo...

I was able to find and compare parking costs for different parades at ORTIA although not all parkades are listed. But when I tried to book and pay for precooked long term parking the app asked for my CMV without first redirecting to a secure payment facility
Useless twaddle
Email verification failed all day, eventually worked 12 hours later. Cannot do anything on the app otherwise.
Demands access to notifications or you cannot register, or even look at options - I’ve never used another app that requires such nascent invasion of privacy. Fully expecting to get spam calls any minute now.

It is great
The app is great especially the guide, maybe adding to the guide to where the shuttles and buses stop and collect at the public transport area would also be a great idea.
Can’t install
Seems like it’s so big that it will take hours to install. Goes from 5 minutes and then increases in time.
I don’t want your stupid notifications
Every time you click something or go to a new screen you get a stupid pop up saying that you need to enable notifications to continue. I do not want your stupid notifications, please stop harassing me about it.
Does not work

A Waste of Time
You need the app to pre-book parking. The app doesn't accept any cards - credit or debit. So... You can't pre-book parking. Thanks ACSA!
Very annoying
The User interface isn’t great. App seems slow and it’s very annoying to keep asking if I want to turn notifications on! Deleted the app.
App doesn’t work
While you can pre book parking on the app. The booms cannot read you card which means you either cannot go into the parking or you are stuck inside.
Useless
This app is frustrating and not user friendly at all and there are no alternatives. Well done on releasing crap!

Currently there seems to be some issues with the app. I used it frequently and was very impressed with the notifications and live data received.
