App is not designed for latest IOS software and has a lot of bugs

SAA Voyager app is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve encountered it almost never works, the difficulty just to see or claim missed miles is insane
Please whoever your developer is fire them hire someone new and show them how LATAM Airlines app works by far the most reliable and easy to use app from a lot of airlines they are so good by the time you’re airplane touches down your information is updated.

Terrible App
Never worked
Nothing works Login constantly fails even after pin reset
The app is probably abandoned and not usable at all. The website login will only work once or twice before locking customers out permanently. The contact details are not a valid email address. What is the point?
Deeply Frustrating
This app need to be redesigned for the purposes and intentions of what an airlines miles app should be. Everything that is explained Ito what one can do with the miles doesn’t feature on the app. In fact, I “login failed” is the almost permanent message I get, particularly after I travel when I want to check my miles. This is how one forfeits miles because of technical glitches like this. Please fix this, it’s highly frustrating as you NEVER respond to emails.

To the developer:
Please use the OS keyboard!
I cannot paste text into any of the text fields
I cannot enter the date in the “claim miles” section. It allows me to pick a date (from your custom date selector) but it doesn’t enter the date in the date field! So it’s impossible to enter a date and there cannot use the app to claim for miles!

The app does not work. Don’t waste your time.
Pathetic app
Why must we as South Africans be shamed by this incredibly pathetic app. Please rather remove the app, it embarrasses its creator, SAA and every South African having to use it
Utterly disgusting
This is the first time I have ever written a review on anything but this app is so bad I couldn’t stop myself. I have tried on multiple occasions to access the app to access my miles, resetting my password and starting to wonder if it is intentionally designed to be not accessed! Don’t waste your time and not worth the frustration. Is there any way to rate this called “app” as zero stars?

Constant crashes
Like the voyager website this app doesn’t work. Crashes frequently occur on navigating the app. Emails are not answered. The only way to access the miles appears to be the phone.

About 10 years out of date!
A more useless app I haven’t seen for a long time. No one in their right mind would release such a basic outdated bit of technology! Whoever approved the expenditure on this embarrassing piece of low tech rubbish should be fired along with the developers. No wonder SAA is bankrupt. Yet another example of “ jobs for pals “! A disgrace.

Outdated App design
Please update this App to international Airline standards. This App is simply unacceptable when compared to other airline App that are actually useable. Why does SAA have a separate booking App? That’s App is worse.
Waste of storage on my phone
An app in general is usually meant to be a more user friendly version of the website. Well jokes on us- this app is terrible. Stick to the website until someone fixes this slow outdated user-problematic site!

I suggest that our friends at SAA copy an app from the likes of Virgin or Singapore Airlines. Whoever is responsible for the latest abortion is clearly not a traveller or have very little experience in development. Nothing about this app was thought through or designed in structure. Find someone qualified to do the job and at least give the users - something that works !

Not worth downloading
It hardly works, I can’t sign in most of the time but yet the other app or website my username and password works. It pretty much like the service from our national carrier: gross incompetence
