About

Loop

Features

Say it once. Loop builds the plan or habit. Type a goal or say it out loud: “Sleep before midnight,” “Stop scrolling at dinner,” or “Half marathon by October,” and Loop uses Apple Intelligence through Apple’s Private Cloud Compute to turn it into a habit you can repeat, or a progressive plan that steps up week by week. No setup wizard, no forms. You write one sentence and Loop drafts the rest: whether it’s a habit or a plan, how often it happens, what counts as done, and when it reminds you. Everything you need. Nothing you have to configure. WHAT LOOP DOES - Turn a goal, by text or voice, into a habit or progressive plan - Track habits automatically with Apple Health: steps, runs, strength workouts, rides, exercise minutes, sleep, mindful minutes, active calories and activity rings - Build progressive plans milestone by milestone, such as a 12-week “Run Your First 10K” plan - Build habits you want to develop, or use Quit Habits to avoid something completely or set a limit - Count days avoided automatically for Quit Habits, without asking you to check in when you stay on track - Use Focus mode for Pomodoro-style sessions: 25 minutes of focus, with short and long breaks - Weekly, monthly and yearly stats: completion %, missed count, streak, per-habit progress - Attach a Focus session to a habit or run a free session - Pause reminders and hold streaks with Vacation mode - Keep habits close with Home Screen widgets and Lock Screen integration - Work towards a frequency instead of fixed calendar days Today’s habits, streaks and tips live on one screen with a simple swipe to complete. Everything else runs quietly underneath. Calm on the surface. PRIVACY, DONE PROPERLY - Apple Intelligence: Loop uses Apple Intelligence through Apple’s Private Cloud Compute to turn your sentence into a plan or habit. Your goal text is not sent to Loop’s servers, logged or used to train any model. - Apple Health: read-only, and only what the habits you connect need. Your health data stays on your iPhone and is never used for ads or analytics. - Nothing to sell: no ads and no data brokers. Loop is paid for by the people who use it. REAL LIFE IS PART OF THE PLAN Life happens. The plan can change. One difficult day doesn’t change your goal. A streak shows consistency. It doesn’t define progress. PRICING Loop is free for up to three habits. You can also try one progressive plan for 14 days. Loop Pro unlocks unlimited habits and plans, Focus mode and Vacation mode. Requires a compatible iPhone running iOS 27 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled. Creating habits and plans requires an internet connection. The Apple Watch app is optional.
