Tap Start, and your Apple Watch guides you through the entire workout. You’ll always see the current interval on screen, and a subtle haptic notification lets you know exactly when it’s time to switch. No distractions, no complicated setup, just focused training from your wrist. You can personalize the workout to match your level and training style. Adjust run time, walk time, warm-up, cool-down, and the number of rounds to create the session that works best for you. Suggested starting levels: 30s run / 90s walk 60s run / 60s walk 90s run / 30s walk During each workout, the app can also track heart rate and save your session to Apple Health, including workout time, calories burned, and distance covered. A standard session lasts around 20 minutes, but you can stop at any time with a single tap. Simple, flexible, and built to make interval training feel effortless.
