Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Pet Cloud at weekly against Muttville's every 9 months. Pet Cloud also leads on ratings volume (9.8K vs 11). Muttville's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
