As part of this feature, there is built‐in integration to collect data, such as step count, calorie intake, blood pressure, or blood glucose, from other health and fitness apps and incorporate it into a patient's medical record.

You don’t need an account to utilize the “Find Care” features. This includes HealthKit integration, which allows you to enable the M Health Fairview app to access health data on your iPhone through the Health app. This provides you with the option to share data—such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight—with your provider to keep them up to date.
