Allina Health app that was on my iPhone
For some reason when I click on my Allina Health icon, the light green background shade with white letters(Allina Health logo)appears on the screen, then quickly disappears. This app must have quite being used or not functioning anymore because it wasn’t supported anymore. Would have been nice to know that. My phone can’t get 18.0 version. Thanks Allina.

Doesn’t work at all
I was told to leverage this by my care team. I login and it just sits on the loading screen. I’ve tried it several times and it’s sat on the same loading screen for over 30 minutes with no change.

Test result issues
Imaging test results are no longer visible. They keep saying that the address does not exist and will not let me see any test result images like Ultrasound images or anything. Previously was able to but have not been able to for a few weeks now & yes i have updated the app & even tried through the website instead of the app.

It’s great when it works but you can’t login. Web works just fine with same credentials. Tried delete and reinstall but didn’t help.

What happened?
I can't switch locations to another provider I've seen many times, because it says she's not in the location I requested. It doesn't give me an option to change that anywhere. I can't find providers who I know for a fact are in the system. This is crazy.

My chart and other organizations has been accessible and user-friendly, but this one is not! if I ever if I needed to find something quickly, my chart is not what I would use! I have attempted to ask that this site be made accessible, and my request falls on deaf ears! T

Useless
I want to make an appointment with my primary care provider. So I tap on “make an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before”. I am prompted to choose what I need to be seen for. The options are all highly specialized things like dermatology and lab appointments. There is no option for a basic office visit. I have only been seen by one provider before and she doesn’t even offer these options.
So I go to try making an appointment with a provider I haven’t seen before. Here, primary care is an option. I tap on it. I am prompted with an insanely long list of available providers, and somehow, STILL, my doctor is not on this list.
This app is clunky at best and disorienting at worst. There are 1500 menu options with no clear explanation as to what they actually do. I can’t find the information I need, and I certainly can’t set up a simple generic doctor visit. It has been like this for years and they clearly have no intention of ever fixing it. Genuinely thinking of finding a new healthcare group to move to because it should not be this difficult just to set up a basic appointment.

We aren’t clinicians
None of the nested sections make sense to non clinicians. Just a hodge podge of menus with random info.
Known issue they refused to fix
I actually did not mind this app when my account was working. However, for some reason, my account login page says “something went wrong “. When I called the provided technical support number (in the app), the IT department was very unconcerned about the situation.
The representative said they were aware of the problem, that it had been going on for months, and that a ticket had been submitted with their developer.
However, they could not provide a time frame for a fix. This lack of concern is frustrating, and it suggests a failure to care for patients.
If a health provider wants to give the perception of caring about their patients, it should start with making sure its app works properly.

The app basically stopped working since the last update . Won’t take my password or recognise my facial ID & has remained frozen. Completely useless. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

I’m constantly getting locked out
This app is extremely frustrating. It’s not user friendly. I just want to make an appointment with my regular doctor or doctors on my care team, and I can’t find them easily or at all if they’re not part of ALLINA. The other problem is that I get locked out and can’t even access it. My app is connected to saved passwords and automatically connects when it sees my face. This one locks me out instead.

App Unusable Now
This app used to be decent, but now with the two factor authentication, I can’t even use it anymore. When I try to log in, it takes me to a page asking if I want a code sent via text or email to verify myself, but a circle just spins indefinitely, and I can’t even choose an option to get a code! I keep getting emails saying my bill is due, but I can’t even log in to pay it. This app is in major need of an upgrade.
