Slow-No Loading
When opening “plan details” it does not load. Tried three times on different days.
Keeps say error
It’s really sad when you download the app and it continues to say error when login and says to call the number on the back of my card? It’s just a little disappointing because I have to take the time out of my day to call a number and hope they can fix the mobile app..
My only beef ….paying bill
I was out of town and needed to pay my premium and opened the app and to my surprise I was not able to find any way of paying it. I then googled BCBSM pay my bill and that was a completely different program and it worked rather well. The time I spent doing this was well over a half hour as I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t take my money through that portal.
