Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: GetGo at 4.5 against QuickBrite Car Wash's 3.0. GetGo also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (17K vs 4). QuickBrite Car Wash's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 13%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
GetGo holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetGo has 17K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of GetGo's written reviews are positive against 50% of QuickBrite Car Wash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
GetGo ships an update every 6 weeks, QuickBrite Car Wash every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
