Issues / Snags: Log a fault, whether it be a pot-hole or a faulty street lamp, within Waterfall City. Receive a ticket number and track progress via in-app and push notifications. Access Control: A secure and encrypted touch-less access control feature requiring biometric authentication for generation of a unique access code. Bookings: As a resident, book amenities linked to your Estate within Waterfall City directly from your smart phone. This includes multiple meeting rooms, Estate parks for children's parties and many more. Events: Ensuring all citizens are able to immerse themselves in the culture and lifestyle offerings within the greater Waterfall City and the creation of community specific events. Emergency Services: Quick link for the user to key services during emergency situations within the greater Waterfall City and beyond. Notifications: A quick link notification center for users to receive booking updates, snag updates, event notifications, general communications, alert-based communications and many more.
