App doesn’t work
Doesn’t find user although I registered. Can’t enter address details when I try to register

Either the operators don’t know how to use this or is poorly developed!
Poor design, ineffective and a waste of time
If I could give this app a zero rating, I would. Completely ineffective, poor design and UX. Customer support non-existent. Replaced previous problems with estate access with a completely new set of problems
Extremely poor App
Probably the worst app I've used in recent memory. The UX is pure frustration every time. Pathetic logic to manage access and bookings. And all of this if it actually works. What a disaster! Would give 0-stars if could.
