The clearest difference is review sentiment: Train With Primal at 100% against F45 Training Glofox's 41%. Train With Primal also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). F45 Training Glofox's advantage is ratings volume (447 vs 2) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
