Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Bareburger App at fortnightly against Cosimo's's every 17 months. Bareburger App also leads on ratings volume (7.5K vs 103). Cosimo's's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
