Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Digext at 100% against DigiLocker's 36%. Digext also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). DigiLocker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (190 vs 11). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
