As soon as click on get now for driving license app is getting crashed with error authentication failed.
Why we need mobile number for everything?
Why cant we use email? Its much secure than cell phone numbers.

Keeps logging me out!
The app is currently unusable. Even for a tech-savvy user, the refresh process is overly complex, and the system consistently logs me out within seconds of authentication. Please prioritize a fix for these stability issues.

App keeps resetting
App keeps restarting and resetting itself after initial setup and login. Very unstable and needs working on properly.
Kicks me from the app every time
Every time I sign in it says authentication failed and boots me. This happens 10 seconds after I am logged in, it shows my credentials and suddenly crashes
Fire your programmers and make some correct updates!!!
I don’t think this is a legit app. The performance is far below average. The app throws the user back to the login screen when they try to ‘verify’ their identity. Feels like Sisyphus, this app is a colossal waste of time and energy. Digital India - what a joke!

I am trying to login to digi locker from morning and everytime its crashing after receiving OTP.

The app does not open
The app crashes every time I open it. I was never able to use it. It would have been a useful app if it ever worked.

Authentication Flow Needs Serious Improvement
The authentication system in the DigiLocker app is very frustrating. When I enter my phone number and tap the Continue button, the button doesn’t get disabled. This allows multiple taps and sends multiple API requests at the same time. Because of this, the system either fails to authenticate or behaves unpredictably.
This creates unnecessary load on the server and results in a poor user experience. A simple fix like disabling the button after one tap or adding proper request handling would make the app much more reliable.
I hope the team improves this soon because the concept of DigiLocker is excellent, but the current login experience needs urgent attention.

Add every states document
I am student pilot and I want to generate computer number but my 10th and 12th Gujarat board result it not listed in this app that’s why I suffer and also my election card or voter list is not there to upload
And I know every gov app is useless and there service is bogus always and also Apple has to select good apps and if it is not so Apple insists them to develop good app 😡 I will give -5 review to this app

One of the best apps from functional, accuracy and most importantly aesthetically designed Ul. I use it mostly from browser but the app is equally good. AP! integrations with works like magic. For example I was able to pull my docs like my school college mark sheets, my driving license, pan card, etc in few seconds just by providing one or two details. Both idea and execution behind the app is spot on. I actually stumbled on this as the zerodha account needed a digital Aadhar for which digilocker is used. I would again like to re-emphasise that this is not a just a storage drive as most people would mistaken. I hope they integrate with housing, stamp duty registration database so I can pull and keep my property documents securely. Congratulations to the team behind this !!

i have idea to solve traffic problem
digilocker is working very good for making indias digital infrastructure. i have one idea that i pitch in many platforms. we need one app that control all traffic related problems. every person who has driving license they can login and make account using driving license and this account shows all traffic related videos and content that everyone can learn traffic rules. when someone can’t follow traffic rules traffic police can able to generate e ticket so they can show this ticket in this app. for example if we break any rules and traffic police catch us they give 10000rs e ticket using their mobile app then we can pay this money using g pay or upi. we can get back 7000rs in same upi when we give app base exam. that every time improve our traffic rules knowledge. if we got e ticket multiple time then license will cancel. so everyone follow traffic rules strictly. using this app we can analyze where people not following traffic rules. we do more and more things using this app. it is also stop corruption that traffic police usually doing.
i don’t know we can make this kind of app or not but this is my idea to make india more digital we need this kind of digital infrastructure to solve india’s biggest problem.

OTP issue while Login
Hi, I tried to login to digi locker account so I have entered the security pin and then generated OTP, I have received OTP to my number and then in first attempt it said invalid transaction so I waited for 2min and clicked on Resend and then
received it again still it says Invalid transaction I don't know what's the issue, although entering the valid OTP received though SMS why it says invalid, I was frustrated and clicked verify multiple times and the account was blocked temporarily for an hour. These kind of issues are the one which frustrate the use most that too during a critical time when he/she wants to verify their document urgently.
Please verify this issue and resolve it accordingly.
