Your routine starts when YOU do. Most routine apps assume you wake up at the same time every day. You don't. W+ builds your day around the moment you actually get up. Instead of "Workout at 7:00", you plan "Workout at W+1h", one hour after you wake. Tap "I'm up" and every step, reminder and countdown lines up with your day, whether you're up at 5:30 or 9:15. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build your routine once: W+0 Water, W+1h Workout, W+2h Shower 2. Wake up and tap "I'm up" right on your Lock Screen 3. Everything schedules itself around you ONE TAP TO START YOUR DAY • "I'm up" button on your Lock Screen, no need to open the app • Lock Screen control and Siri: "Start my day in W+" • Woke up earlier? Set the real time and everything shifts with it ANY ROUTINE, ANY TIME OF DAY • Plan steps from wake-up: W+0, W+45m, W+2h, W+8h... • Mornings, workdays, study days, shift work, weekends • Each day of the week can run its own routine • Templates to start fast, plus durations, notes and icons STAYS WITH YOU ALL DAY • Live Activity and Dynamic Island: what's now, what's next, time left • Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets that update through the day • Tick steps off from widgets, notifications or the Live Activity • Reminders at the start of each step, or a few minutes before • A gentle "Are you up?" nudge if you haven't started yet BUILD HABITS THAT STICK • Every step keeps its own streak • Goals like a 30-day streak or 4 times a week • Days off pause streaks instead of breaking them • Forgot to tap? Fix the last two days • Milestones and celebrations when you hit a goal SEE YOUR REAL RHYTHM • Completion rates, current and best streaks • A calendar for every habit • Your average wake-up time and how consistent it is • When you actually do things: "planned W+1h, usually W+1h 12m" CALM BY DESIGN • No red alarms, no guilt: missed steps are simply "due" • Dark, easy-to-read design for half-awake eyes • Your data stays on your iPhone. No account, no tracking. W+ PRO Free: 1 routine, reminders, the Today screen, current streaks and "I'm up" from your Lock Screen.
